वेतनमान:- आईआरबी पुलिस सिपाही पदों पर जिन महिला-पुरुष अभ्यर्थियों का चयन होगा उन अभ्यर्थियों को गृह मंत्रालय द्वारा प्रतिमाह वेतन भुगतान निम्नानुसार किया जावेगा :-

वेतनमान	5200 – 20200 /- रुपया प्रतिमाह
मूल वेतन	20200 /- रुपया
ग्रेड पे	1900 /- रुपया + Other Allowances.
सकल वेतन	गृह मंत्रालय द्वारा आईआरबी पुलिस सिपाही भर्ती को 5200 – 20200 रुपए + 19000 रुपए ग्रेड पे साथ ही अन्य भत्ता हर माह प्रदान किए जाते हैं।
